Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 PPa 유전자를
E.coli에서 발현시킨 재조합 단백질입니다. 이 효소는 inorganic pyrophosphate(PPi)를 orthophosphate(Pi)로 가수분해합니다.

Reaction mixture (100 µl) containing 2 mM PPi, 2 mM MgCl2 were incubated with 0 ~ 2 U/ml. Orthophosphate were determined by ammonium molybdate assay.
