EZ-seq RNA Library Prep Kit는 NGS 용 RNA 라이브러리 제작 키트입니다. 1-100 ng의 mRNA 또는 rRNA-depleted RNA 로부터 non-directional 라이브러리를 제작할 수 있습니다. RNA fragmentation-cDNA synthesis 이후 End-prep, Adaptor ligation, Pre-PCR 단계로 구성되어 있으며, 각 단계별 master-mix 형태의 효소와 정제용 비드를 제공함으로써 효율성과 편의성을 높였습니다. 표준 실험방법을 따랐을 때 250~350 bp의 라이브러리를 제작할 수 있으며 비드를 이용한 size selection 과 Fragmentation 조건에 따라 생성되는 라이브러리 사이즈를 사용자가 조절할 수 있습니다.

Indexed libraries were constructed from 50 ng HeLa total RNA using EZ-Seq™ Nano RNA Library Prep Kit or competitor N Library Prep Kit. To verify the size of PCR enriched fragments, the template size distribution of individual libraries were measured by running on a Agilent Bioanalyzer.

Libraries were constructed using 50 ng of intact HeLa total RNA and varying fragmentation times and temperatures. Higher temperatures and longer fragmentation time contributed to shorter and narrower libraries.
